While “Rocky Horror” began life as a theatrical presentation, those coming to see the current Broadway revival are likely more familiar with the campy musical from its cinematic incarnation – and the crowd participation that’s integral to that experience. Which makes this production such an uneven affair: Much of the audience anticipates the interactive aspect but this “Rocky” can be a bit, well, rocky regarding incorporating that element. Nevertheless, the show is often a lot of fun – and though the cast has some hits (Luke Evans, Rachel Dratch, Stephanie Hsu) and misses (Juliette Lewis), there’s no denying their eagerness to entertain. — Charles Passy
